My baby, well I should say my 2 year old, (yeah I'm having a hard time letting go of the baby stage! I'm working on it!!!) is getting so big. He takes his diaper off constantly and now that he can get on and off the potty by himself, he feels he is ready. Today, he took his diaper off and ran to the potty. I was a little slow to follow, and by the time I got there, his face was purple. When he was done he jumped up and went to flush. He looked in the potty and said, "Oh look mom, poo poo!" He was so proud of himself! I was so surprised that he went so easily because Kaden was scared of it and I was ready for the same kind of fight. Today I've got him running around naked, and so far we've had no accidents! I would love to have him potty trained before the baby comes. I guess we'll see how it goes.

Great job Chasers!!! We are so proud of you. I agree with Kris with the no toilet paper. You are way lucky that so far it has gone so well. Remember when I had to sit in the bathroom with Garrett for 4 hours??? I know that sounds like abuse, but he wasn't going to WIN.. I guess that is the Nydegger competitiveness.

Tell me your secrets! I've tried a little with Ava. She always goes in her pants about 5 minutes after she sits on the potty. It's so frustrating.
