When they say that DDR is for everyone, they weren't kidding!! Chase gets into it more than anyone! Little modest Kaden keeps his hands in his pockets, but gets every beat. Then there's Chase, who is just proud of himself for standing on the mat! He loves to be the center of attention. Hmmm I wonder where he gets that one from....RAWLIN!! ;) No comments from the peanut gallery everyone!!
I talked to Rawlin yesterday online and casually asked him what he was doing, not really expecting a big reply. For those of you who know Rawlin, he's a guy of few words! Anyway, he told me he was packing. Not really thinking I asked him, "For What?" Then I clued in!! I am so excited, but I still have until June 2. Everyday that gets closer the relief sinks in deeper and deeper that I am really almost done! For those of you who are wondering the mustache came off close after the dying process. Apparently they are pretty itchy!! Let's all hope that he has learned his lesson!!
Disney on Ice is a long standing tradition in my family. We have seen just about every one. Well, I heard that the princess' were coming to town and I couldn't resist. I have always been a Disney lover at heart as most of you well know. Well, the only ones going were Kristi and her daughter Abby, Cori and her daughter Brynlee, Melissa and her daughter Ally, and me and Chase. Yes, I took Chase to a princess Disney on Ice! I am hesitant to say it, but he loved it , as you can see by the picture I took of his facial expression during the show. His favorite parts were the bubbles and the dragon from Sleeping Beauty! After the show all the girls were twirling in their pretty princess dresses that Cori and Grandma Debbie made. Needless to say, Chase is not one to be left out, so he joined right in! We had a great time! Hopefully he doesn't complain to Dr. Phil about it later!!! At least I didn't put him in a dress!!
Poor Chase! On the way up to my mom's we stopped for lunch and got Chase some chicken. He was so tired that fell asleep while he was eating it! It was so funny because every time we'd take his milk or his chicken to put it away while he slept he would start bawling! It was so funny. I wonder what McDonalds is putting in their chicken these days!!!
My baby is so big! He is finally in a big boy bed! Not only that, but he stays in it!
Poor Pam is now sharing a room with him to help ease him into having his own room back. Now Pam has to listen to him sucking on his binkie, snoring, coughing, and making all sorts of unnatural sounds that I have been suffering through for the past 10 months. I am so happy to have my own room back!!
Kaden finally lost his tooth on Feb 26th. Everyone in his class has lost 4 by now and he was starting to get really upset! Because he had taken such good care of his teeth, the tooth fairy gave him $5.00 and a pack of gum. The tooth fairy didn't have change I guess!!
