Already, there has been a big debate at my house as to whether or not to find out the gender of our baby at 19 weeks. So, we've decided to hear what you guys think. Granted it's not for another couple of months, but you can never be too prepared. So the question goes out, should we find out or be surprised? What do you think?
We are home now from our cruise to Alaska. We had so much fun at the different ports, but the boat was a pregnant woman's nightmare! Of course morning sickness hit a day or two before we left. I was ok until we had our first full day at sea. I seriously thought I was going to die!! It's hard to fight nausea when the boat won't stop rocking!! It was so bad that I decided to try acupuncture.
I am TERRIFIED of needles, but they guaranteed it to help with sea sickness and morning sickness. I was totally amazed. The first treatment was wonderful and lasted a day or two until our next full day at sea, which happened to be a very turbulent one. As I sit here I can still feel the rocking! I guess I don't have my land legs yet! Anyway, I ended up having 3 treatments done. they really worked while the needles are in place! Too bad we had to go by the buffet to get to back to our room because the second I smelled the cooking meat I was a goner!! I tend to turn into a slight vegetarian while I am pregnant. I'll blog later about all the beautiful things we saw. I am still trying to recoup today! I know it doesn't sound like it, but we had a really good time. However, I think next time we'll either visit all the places directly, or we'll go when I'm not pregnant!

This pregnancy (all 6 weeks of it!!) has been so different from my last two it's weird. First of all, with the exception of maybe a couple of days, I haven't been sick at all just really, really, really tired. I was so sick with my boys I thought I would die. Second, I am STARVING all the time!! That is a total understatement!! I had to force myself to eat with my boys. Somethings I have to have at least twice a day are cucumbers with balsamic vinegar sprayed on them, and frozen chicken and cheese taquitos! Gross, I know, but I HAVE to have them! Third, I am so cold all the time! I always have socks and a sweatshirt on. Even then, most of the time I am wrapped in a blanket as well. Needless to say, this pregnancy is so different from my other two. it will be interesting to see if I have a girl or a boy. Only time will tell!
